This semi-automatic powder filling machine is engineered for high-precision weighing and dust-controlled filling of various powder materials. Adopting servo-driven screw feeding and closed-loop weighing control, the machine ensures stable running and ultra-high filling accuracy up to ±0.1%–0.2%.
Built with a full 304 stainless steel frame and material contact parts, it is corrosion-resistant, easy to clean and meets food and industrial hygiene standards. The intelligent PLC and touch screen control system supports bilingual operation and 10 groups of formula storage for quick switching.
It features a dust-proof design with a built-in dust removal interface, as well as a quick-release structure for easy disassembly, cleaning and maintenance. Equipped with a 141mm screw feeder, the machine realizes automatic feeding and high-efficiency packaging, effectively saving labor and improving production stability.
